  • LinkedIn Profile: We give the content for your LinkedIn profile in an MS Word document as well. Please be informed that we don’t make profiles on the LinkedIn website or even the LinkedIn mobile application; the content is provided to be posted on your profile.
  • CV/Resume Editing: There is also what we call the clean-up service where we modify the actual content of your CV/resume without changing any of the formatting.
  • CV/Resume Revamp: We change the layout of the CV entirely and ensure that we put new content about your skills, achievements, and other particulars.
  • CV and Cover Letter Templates: After completing the CV writing or the CV redesign process we present samples to the client for review. Clients can choose these or rely on our choice as the company’s specialists. The same holds for a layout that is not allowed to be changed after order confirmation, while its content can be modified.
  • Professional Specifications: In many cases, Clients are requested to supply all details, which need to be incorporated in documents at the time of placing an order. Information that may have been provided after the approval of the application is not our responsibility. Extra costs may be levied in case information is given after the project is done.
  • Order Delivery: Documents are shared in MS Word and PDF form. We do not accept returns because of format differences due to variations in the software version.
  • Cancellation Policy: We offer a full discount in case the request is dropped within 24 hours of the position. After this period, assuming our experts have initiated work, the charge is non-refundable.
  • Payment Procedures & Methods: Paying has to be done in advance in cash, through a credit card or PayPal account. All our payment gateways are secure and guarantee the privacy of personal and account information and they also do not capture or misuse the information.
  • Revision Policy: We give unlimited revisions for resume content, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile subtleties for one month post-delivery. Clients are urged to audit their orders upon receipt and request important adjustments during this period. Following one month, any progressions will cause extra charges.
  • Refund Policy - CV Writing: Writing quality content is the major concept of Professional CV Writing UK to ensure the best results for everyone. Assuming that any inconsistencies happen we strongly advise you to use our revision services. We do not entertain refunds because we pay money to writers after client payment and satisfaction. If there are any mistakes they are given corrections to make sure that you are satisfied with the work done.
